Set Up a Guest with a Grata Account

Section: Doors & AccessCategory: Guest AccessHow-to1 min read

Summary

Send a guest access invite from Manage Access > Add New Guest > Guest App in the Grata app. This sets up your visitor with their own temporary Grata account so they can use the app for approved guest access — without using your personal login or a PIN.
App-based guest access may vary by building. Some buildings use guest PINs, intercom access, or other methods instead. Property management controls which guest access options are available and which doors or areas a guest can enter.
Do not your personal resident login with a guest. Use the guest invite or guest PIN option when available.
