Create a Guest PIN

Section: Doors & AccessCategory: Guest AccessHow-to1 min read

Summary

Create a temporary guest PIN from Manage Access > Add New Guest > Create Guest PIN in the Grata app. A guest PIN lets a visitor enter approved areas using a keypad code, without needing the Grata app and without using your personal resident PIN.
Guest PIN availability, the doors a PIN can access, schedule limits, and other settings all depend on your building's setup. Not every building supports guest PINs.
Only the guest PIN with the intended visitor. Remove or update the guest PIN when access is no longer needed — never your personal resident PIN in place of a guest PIN.
