Grata Plus surfaces resident deals, connected services, and integrations such as RentCafe or EV chargers when your building participates. It is optional — not every property enrolls in Grata Plus. Deals and partner services appear when your building has enabled them, and offers can change frequently. This overview explains browsing deals and opening linked services.

Grata Plus may show featured offers, search, categories, and available deals depending on your building.

Review the deal details, time remaining, description, and redemption button before using an offer.

What you can do

Browse Grata Plus Deals

Open Deals or Partners on the home screen to see current offers and browse by category when Grata Plus is enabled.

Use search or category filters within the Deals section to find specific offers.

Redeem a Grata Plus Offer

Open a deal, review the details and expiration date, and follow the redemption steps shown.

Access RentCafe from Grata App

Open the connected RentCafe portal for rent payments and lease management when your building has integrated it.

View EV Chargers in Grata App

See available EV charging spots or station information when your building has enabled this integration.

Ad Personalization and Deals Preferences

Adjust how Grata personalizes deal suggestions from the deals preferences settings.

Where to find it: Tap Deals or Partners on the Grata Smart Living home screen when your building enables Grata Plus. The label may vary.

Varies by building: Whether your property enrolled in Grata Plus; which deals are active; and whether partner integrations like RentCafe or EV chargers are connected.

Good to know: Offers change frequently — check expiration dates before redeeming. If Deals or a promised integration never appears, confirm with your building management that the feature is enabled for your property.

Contact support when: Deals or a promised integration does not appear when your building confirmed it should be available.
