Summary

This article helps residents access Rent Cafe through the Grata app when Rent Cafe is enabled for their building.
Rent Cafe may be used by some properties for resident services such as rent payments, lease documents, maintenance, account information, or property-management tools. Availability depends on your property's setup. If Rent does not appear in your Profile menu, your building may not have enabled Rent Cafe or may use a different resident portal.
Property management controls Rent Cafe availability, resident records, and account setup.
