Step-by-Step Instructions

1Step 1: Open the Grata app

  • Open the Grata app on your phone.

2Step 2: Go to thermostat controls

  • Tap Thermostats on the bottom navigation.
  • If Thermostats does not appear, your building or unit may not have app thermostat controls enabled.

Open Thermostats to review the current fan setting and other available controls.

3Step 3: Open fan settings

  • Tap the fan setting near the top of the thermostat screen.

The fan selector shows available Fan On and Fan Auto options when supported.

4Step 4: Choose the available fan option

  • Select Fan Auto if you want the fan to run only when needed.
  • Select Fan On if you want the fan to stay on.
  • Other fan modes may appear depending on your thermostat model and building setup.

5Step 5: Confirm the thermostat updates
