Building notices and the News Feed share property announcements, service updates, and resident information when your building uses this feature in Grata. Notices may arrive as push notifications, emails, or through the News section inside the app. Not every building uses the in-app News Feed — some rely entirely on email or push notifications for communications.
What you can do
Read a Building Notice
Open a specific building announcement to view the full message and any attached details.
Find Building Notices
Search or browse past notices from your building from the News or notification inbox section.
Open News Feed from Mail Icon
Some buildings use a mail or envelope icon on the home screen as a shortcut to the news feed.

Where to find it: Tap News on the Grata Smart Living home screen when shown, or tap the mail/envelope icon some buildings use as a shortcut to the news feed. Notice push alerts also appear in the notification inbox (bell icon).
Varies by building: Whether your property publishes notices through the Grata News Feed or only sends push notifications and email. The News section only appears if your building actively uses it.
Good to know: If you expect to see a notice but cannot find it, check both the notification inbox (bell) and the News section. Not every building sends official communications through Grata — some still use email primarily.
Contact support when: News or notices are missing when your building confirmed they use Grata for communications; or you are receiving notice push alerts but the full notice does not open in the app.
