Building notices, updates, and announcements from your property team appear in the News Feed of the Grata app. Depending on your building's setup, you can find them from the mail icon in the app header, the notification bell, a News or Announcements section, or the Messages area.
Notices may include maintenance updates, amenity closures, parking reminders, community announcements, and other building communications. Property management controls which notices are sent, who receives them, and how long they remain visible. Not every building uses the News Feed for every type of communication.
How to find building notices
- Mail icon — Tap the envelope or mail icon in the top header of the Grata app home screen. This often opens the News Feed directly.
- Notification bell — Tap the bell icon in the header to view recent alerts, which may include building notices.
- News or Announcements section — Some buildings display a News or Announcements area in the navigation or home screen.
- If the feed is empty, your property team may not have posted any updates yet, or notices may have expired.
Good to know
- Building notices are posted and controlled by your property management team.
- Not every building uses the Grata app News Feed for all communications.
- Some notices expire after a time and will no longer appear.
- If you expected a notice and cannot find it, contact property management to confirm it was sent and whether your account was included.
