What changes after Grata is installed?

Summary

After Grata is introduced at your building, you may gain access to a more unified system for everyday building needs. Depending on what your property has enabled, the Grata app can bring together access, building notices, guest access, amenities, deliveries, work requests, and connected in-suite devices in one place. Your exact experience may vary by building, and some features may roll out in stages.
What residents may notice after installation▾
  • A more connected resident experience: Grata helps bring key building tools into one app, so you can manage more of your daily building interactions from one place when your property has enabled those features.
  • Digital access and smart features: Depending on your building setup, you may see Digital Key, PIN access, guest access, co-resident access, or connected device controls in the Grata app.
  • Building updates in one place: Notices, announcements, delivery updates, amenity updates, and service request updates may appear in the Grata app if your property has enabled them.
  • More self-serve tools: You may be able to book amenities, manage guests, view deliveries, submit work requests, or adjust connected in-suite devices depending on your property setup.
  • Building-specific rollout: Not every feature appears at every building. Your property team controls which features are enabled and when they become available. If something your building said would be available is still missing after setup, contact your property team with your building name, unit, and a short description of the issue.
